Formal Complaint Against Belmont Crossing Apartments

The Equal Rights Center, The Washington Lawyers’ Committee, and Morrison & Foerster LLP file a formal complaint against the Belmont Crossing apartments, Oakmont Management Group and Sanford Capital for violating the D.C. Human Rights Act’s source of income provisions through its discriminatory rental practices.
