Parking at the DECC
The DECC's goal is to keep traffic flowing smoothly before and after big events, with clear options and parking attendants on duty.
- Ramps with skywalk access. Park once and reach downtown hotels, restaurants, and businesses without going outside.
- Surface lots around the campus for event days.
- RV parking is available; check in with the parking office on arrival.
- Canal Park and downtown parking are a short walk or skywalk ride away.
- Super Pass holders: order forms are handled by the parking office.

Directions
From the south (I-35 north)
Follow I-35 north into Duluth and take the downtown waterfront exits toward Harbor Drive. Signage for the DECC begins as you approach downtown.
From the North Shore
Follow the lake into downtown Duluth and continue toward the waterfront and Canal Park; Harbor Drive wraps around the DECC campus.
The Minnesota Slip Bridge
The blue pedestrian bridge connects Canal Park to the DECC across the Minnesota Slip. It is a favorite walking route on event nights, with the William A. Irvin moored alongside.
Arriving by trolley or rideshare
Drop-off zones are marked along Harbor Drive. Attendants can point you to the closest entrance for your venue.

Bag policy and entry tips
- The DECC maintains a bag policy for arena events; the current rules are published on decc.org under Bag Policy.
- Doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes before showtime; check your event listing for the doors time.
