Hillrock Estate Distillery

Proud to be one of the few “field-to-glass” whiskey producers in the world, Hillrock is the first U.S. distillery since before Prohibition to floor malt and hand craft whiskey on site from estate-grown grain. Master Distiller’s craft Hillrock Bourbons and whiskeys from heirloom grains, distilled in a copper still, aged in oak and bottled on premises. Tours of the distillery and malt house are given daily by reservation only.
