The craft brewing and distilling movement starts with malted grains. At Hudson Valley Malt, located in the Germantown Beer Farm, malt is created the old-school heritage way, using traditional floor malting techniques. Every day malt is made with fresh grains provided from local farmers for craft brewers and distillers. Tours are available by appointment.
