This is one search box for the whole City. It calls a live, synonym-aware API (/api/search-carlyle) over real Carlyle sources: BoardDocs meetings, City PDFs, Municode, PSN payment links, CodeRED, Dam Jam, utility forms, zoning forms, parks reservations, and lake recreation materials.
