Tickets and Refunds
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for another performance?
There are no refunds or exchanges unless an event is postponed or cancelled. Dates, times, programs and artists are all subject to change, and all ticket sales are final.
I bought tickets for a venue other than the Wheeler. Where do I pick them up?
For events off-site from the Wheeler, will call opens 30 minutes before show time at the event venue itself. Tickets can also be picked up at the Wheeler Opera House box office in the days beforehand, during normal box office hours.
What if I bought my ticket through a reseller?
Only tickets bought directly through AspenShowTix.com are verified and guaranteed for entry. Tickets bought through resellers or third-party platforms may not be valid, and could be denied entry.
The event I want is sold out. Can I get on a waiting list?
The box office does not keep an advance waiting list for sold-out events. Tickets can occasionally become available at the last minute, so check with the box office at the venue on the day of the event.
Do you offer Student Rush tickets?
Yes. Student Rush tickets are limited to 2 tickets per student, aged 13 to 17, and a valid student ID is required to purchase. Policies can vary by show. Student Rush tickets go on sale once doors open for the event, and this offer applies to Wheeler Presents performances only.
At the Venue
What is your policy on children in the theatre?
Children over 5 are welcome at age-appropriate programs; we ask parents to use discretion in bringing very young children. Regardless of age, everyone needs a ticket and must be able to sit quietly through the performance. For an event at a venue other than the Wheeler Opera House, contact that venue’s organizer directly.
Can I bring a refillable water bottle?
Yes. Reusable, non-glass water bottles are welcome at the Wheeler, with refill stations available in the bar lobby. Bottles must be used for water only. Select events with enhanced security may carry additional guidelines, which will be communicated in advance.
Do you have ADA seating?
ADA seating is available and reserved for patrons with disabilities and their companions. Please contact the box office in advance for details about the specific venue you plan to attend.
Is there accessible parking?
There are two designated ADA parking spaces on E. Hyman Avenue for in-person ticket purchases at the Wheeler: one in front of the building and one directly across the street. For parking during an event elsewhere, contact that event’s venue.
