Why answer-first
Most people arrive with a question, not a category
A parent wants to know how to apply for Head Start. Someone needs help with a power bill. A neighbor wants to volunteer. Ask flips the usual site design: say what you need, get a plain answer, and land on the right resource.
When residents get clear answers to real questions fast, they're more likely to reach out and get help.
How it stays trustworthy
- Answers come only from Action Pact’s own programs and pages, never invented.
- Every answer shows the source and links directly to the program or page.
- You can always call either office or browse all programs to learn more.
