New Mexico Dream Team is a statewide network organizing to build power for undocumented, LGBTQ+, and mixed-status immigrant families across New Mexico. It works through grassroots community chapters in Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, combining leadership development with intersectional racial and gender justice organizing. Its program areas include education justice, mental health support (UndocuHealing), economic justice/financial literacy for immigrant entrepreneurs, LGBTQ+ immigrant youth organizing (UndocuQueer), and policy advocacy at the local, state, and national level.
