Tracking and reportingImpact & Reporting

Coalition teams track what's working on the site: who's visiting, what they search for, which resources they download. Those numbers go to staff, the steering committee, and funders every month, and you'll see the same results right here on this page. The counting happens automatically, using Google Analytics.

All figures on this page are sample data for demonstration. Nothing here is a real TENM statistic.

Monthly and annual metricsCurriculum Hub reach

The Coalition publishes these figures to staff, the steering committee, and funders as part of regular grant reporting.

  • 4,820a month Unique Hub visitors 52,100 a year
  • 94 School districts reached Across 27 New Mexico counties
  • 687 Schools With verified classroom educators
  • 2,340 Classrooms Active this reporting period

Downloads by audience

The hub tracks who downloads and views each resource: educators, families, partners, and public visitors. This breakdown helps the Coalition understand where impact lands and tune materials for each audience.

Direct feedback from usersEmbedded survey results

Every visitor to the hub can fill out a short survey, no login needed. The Coalition collects feedback on what educators are using, how confident they feel, language needs, and new partnership ideas.

Educator confidence (pre / post)

Sample survey responses:

  • Before using hub resources: 58% of educators felt confident teaching in culturally and linguistically responsive ways
  • After using hub: 81% reported the same confidence level or higher
  • Most-cited confidence drivers: Equity Literacy Action Guide (62%), peer examples (48%), bilingual material pairings (34%)

Language access feedback

Sample survey responses:

  • 94 educators requested Spanish-language versions of guides currently English-only
  • 47 families in the hub survey wrote: "Materials for my language would help me support my child's learning"
  • 3 new partnerships formed directly from hub introductions in the survey

See the survey families and educators fill out. It's one question and takes 90 seconds.

How the reporting works

Every time someone visits the site, searches for help, or downloads a resource, Google Analytics keeps count. Once a month, those numbers are gathered into the dashboard you see here and emailed to your team and your funders. No extra login, no spreadsheets to keep by hand.

Google Analytics is free, and most nonprofits already use it. It keeps all your visitor numbers in one place, refreshed every month, so you always know what's really happening on your site.

The embedded survey captures the story numbers alone don't: what educators are building with these materials, confidence shifts, language requests, and new partnerships forming.

What gets measured

  • Unique monthly and annual Hub visitors
  • Resource downloads, disaggregated by user type (educator / family / partner / public)
  • Geographic reach (school districts, counties, schools, classrooms)
  • Hub search queries and top results clicked
  • Referrals out to coalition partners
  • Educator confidence and language-access feedback via survey
  • Partnerships and examples-of-use submitted
