The LAB (Learning Action Buffet) is a youth development organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico serving young people ages 15-25. It supports youth-led creative and civic engagement through art (music, crafts, spoken word), community radio and media production, and leadership programs aimed at advancing social justice and economic independence. Its stated approach centers a “learn by doing” youth leadership pathway that pairs skill-building with civic engagement, including racial-healing and education-equity community initiatives.
