Thrice requested and received a tax adjustment. Also received increases and decreases without change requests. We have a town with unique historical older homes. I am in one built in 1863 - here since the Civil War. Honoring and maintaining historic charm is an topic/skill I want to better understand. I retired Janumy 25 'and enjoyed participating on the board of review last yem'. I've become more familiar with the needs of 'aging in place' in this region over the last two years. Am looking to engage more in our community in 2026. I highlighted areas where I think my background and experience can be leveraged for a board of review role.
