I am writing to inform you of a change in the ownership record for the property located at 781 Manchester dr Saugatuck MI 49453. This change was officially recorded on June 19, 2023. Originally, the property deed included three names: Krzysztof S. Klesyk, Ping Wei, and Yan Zhou. However, due to personal reasons, we executed a quit claim deed to remove the name of Yan Zhou from the original deed. This change was made to align with our current personal and financial circumstances and was not meant to affect the property's primary use or management. This change was an administrative change rather than a typical change of ownership where financial transactions are involved. We were unaware that this modification constituted a change of ownership under Section 154.022.V.8 of the Short-Term Rental regulations. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused. Given the nature of our situation, we respectfully request that the city council consider our case as an exception to the typical implications of a change in ownership. Our intent was not to disrupt the regulatory process but to align the property deed with our current circumstances.
