KIDS COUNT is a program of the Annie E. Casey Foundation with organizations in every state, Washington, D.C., and several territories. NM Voices publishes the New Mexico data book and connects the findings to state policy.

Poverty, employment, income, housing costs and food insecurity.
Education
Enrollment, reading, math, attendance and high-school graduation.
Health
Prenatal care, birth outcomes, insurance, environmental health, child abuse and death rates.
Family and community
Family structure, adult education, high-poverty areas, environmental health and teen birth rates.
