Board of Trustees

The Village of Innsbrook is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. The Board sets policy, adopts the annual budget, enacts ordinances, and oversees Village services. Meetings are open to the public, and residents are welcome to attend and comment.

The Board consists of a Chair and four Trustees, supported by the Village Clerk.

Note for reviewers: Seats are shown by role rather than by name so the prototype does not put words in any official's mouth. Karen Denson is listed as Village Clerk because the RFP identifies her in that role. On the live site each seat would carry the current trustee's name, photo, and contact details, maintained by staff.

Meeting schedule

The Board of Trustees meets monthly at Village Hall. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours before each meeting, and minutes are posted after they are approved at the following meeting.

Residents may address the Board during the public comment period of any regular meeting. To request that an item be placed on a future agenda, contact the Village Clerk in advance using the contact page.
