The Commission exists to carry the community's voice into police policy. Here's how to be part of it: share an experience, attend a meeting, or reach the Commission directly.

Where what you say actually goes
  1. You tell the CommissionIn writing here, or out loud during public comment at any meeting.
  2. A committee takes it upYour account goes to whichever of the seven standing committees owns that policy.
  3. The Commission recommendsRecommendations are published to the public record, with your experience behind them.
  4. The Division must answerSince Issue 24, the Commission has the final word on discipline, policy, and training.
