Public reach, in the open

The hub’s reach

A public page anyone can visit to see how the hub is being used, and a formatted export BAISD staff can drop straight into a grant renewal. Measurement begins when the hub goes live; analytics wire into this page at the September beta review.

What this page will report

The hub is a public informational website: no student accounts, no personal information collected, no advertising cookies, no tracking across other sites. Four measures surface here once analytics are switched on at the September beta review.

  • Traffic and reach How many people visit, and which audience door they come in through: students, educators, families, or partners.
  • Resource utilization Which records get opened and which career clusters draw the most interest, so the next content batch follows demand.
  • Spanish usage How much the Spanish routes are used, which is the evidence for whether the covered page set should grow.
  • Searches that return nothing The most useful measure here: a standing content-gap report written by visitors rather than by a survey, and what lets the District keep improving the hub on its own.

For BAISD staff and grant officers

Turn this page into a formatted one- to two-page report ready to paste into a grant renewal. The export uses your browser’s print dialog, so you can save it as a PDF or print it directly. It carries the catalog summary below today, and the four reach measures once analytics are live.
