The redevelopment district

One district, three fronts

Created under Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the CRA exists to eliminate slum and blight, stimulate economic development, and improve quality of life inside the redevelopment area.

  • The marina district. Marina Village, the event center, and the working waterfront.
  • Broadway Corridor. The commercial spine, from storefront grants to streetscapes.
