(IEPC) is a nonprofit public interest law corporation providing free legal services for California\u2019s special needs students and their families. The (Individualized Education Plan) IEP \u2013 which is the cornerstone of a student\u2019s educational program-specifies the services to be delivered, the student\u2019s present levels of performance, and the accommodations and modifications needed to support student success.
