Note for reviewers
This is a genuinely working search, not a mockup. It indexes a seeded catalog of court services, forms, departments, and pages, ranks every result by relevance (title matches weighted highest), highlights matched terms, and filters by type. It is keyboard-operable and announces the result count to screen readers via an aria-live region.
In production this same interface would be wired to the CMS content index, so search stays current automatically as staff publish pages. No external services or page reloads are involved in this demo.
